DELIVERY:

 

We offer truck delivery service anywhere on Oahu.  Consult our sales representative for delivery fees. Our delivery crew will deliver, set-up, and place your merchandise into your desired room & location.  Disposal of old items are subject to additional fees per item.

 

Some furniture comes fully assembled right from factory and do not require any assembly and some may require assembly. Assembly of furniture requiring assembly is available at our customer's request for one flat rate of $55. Our delivery crew will deliver, assemble, set-up, and place your merchandise into your desired room & location. Assembly of some furniture will be pre assembled before delivery and some furniture may require assembly in delivery location.  

 

1. Invoice balance must be "PAID IN FULL" or "FINANCE APPROVED" prior to delivery. NO CODs.

2. Confirm that the delivery address and phone numbers are correctly written on your order.

3. Arrange for someone to be at your home at the specified time to accept delivery.  If no one is at the delivery address between the times the delivery is confirmed, your delivery may be rescheduled and a re-delivery charge may be assessed.

4. Prepare the area where you want your furniture placed.  For safe and quick delivery, please create a clear path to that area.  Our delivery team will not move or rearrange your existing furniture or affix anything to the wall.

5. When you select oversized sofas, armoires, breakfronts, bedding, etc. be certain that they will fit through doorways, stairwells, corridors and elevators. 

6. Please inform your sales consultant of any hazardous conditions, such as narrow driveways, hallways, stairways, cliff side homes, low branches, wires, ceilings, etc.

 

For Apartment or Condominium Deliveries: Notify your resident manager and/or security of your delivery and arrange for the use of the elevator.  Failure to do this may cause your delivery to be cancelled or rescheduled to a later date and re-delivery fee may be assessed.

 

Delivery to Big Island, Maui, Kauai, Molokai: We offer delivery of your merchandise to Young Brothers-Honolulu.  Consult our sales representative for delivery fees.  Young Brothers sailing fee C.O.D. by consignee.
